That tongue was gross looking!
That was the CLOSEST Bug would get to the Giraffes! One of his favorite animals is the Giraffe and he was excited to feed it, but up close he changed his mind. The Giraffe would stick his tongue out then you place the food on it and he takes it. Bug would toss the food on it's tongue and it would hit the floor, finally Max just fed the poor giraffe the food, the giraffe waited and waited on little bug! It was amazing to be that close to the animals. Max was not afraid at all! He laughed when the tongue touched him and he told everyone the giraffe drooled on him! 
Bug was nervous standing that close to the giraffe! Max had to hold him to get him to stay!!
Not Max he loved every minute with the giraffes 
The joke that never got old all day was to ask bug if he wanted to feed the giraffe again. He would say no, shake his head or say uh uh...
