He did it!

Max was so sad when he did not pass level one swimming lessons and had to retake it. He was determined to pass the second time even though the life guards said most kids stay in level one most summer. I was nervous on the last day if he would pass or not. I have never passed a swim class as well as most of my family can't swim....But He did it! Max learned to swim and passed to level 2!!!
He can swim on his own!
He practiced really hard and is so happy he can do it!This little girl and max were inseparable for the last month they had snack tohether on a towel after every lesson.

Arizona kids!!

Max-Brea-Cailor (Bug wouldn't hold still for the photo)

These guys swim almost twice everyday and this is their tan to prove it! We lather them in sun block everyday and laugh at how tan they are with white bums...today we had to take a picture! It was too funny to pass up.

I wish I could get as tan as max-I still get more and more freckles! Bug is right in the middle
no freckles and a little tan.

Happy Fathers Day!

Wednesday after Fathers day we all went to the ball park to celebrate Fathers Day! It was a fun time!! The boys got Josh base line seats just a few rows up. The whole family was wearing Dbacks attire and cheered quite loudly :)

Take me out to the ball park!

Spencer didn't sing but he knows the words! Max practiced for two weeks before the game so he could know all the words. It was great entertainment-the boys were cute off key and all...

Bug's new favorite toy

I love watching Bug play with Mr. potato head...
I think Spencer looks great in the get-up!
How he can get the glasses to stay on, I don't know!

Melting at the zoo

It was a hot day at the zoo on Saturday! We tried to stay cool. Renting the paddle boat was a lot of fun. Max tried to paddle along with me and I had to work hard to keep spencer in the boat!

What do your kids do in time out?

The boys got sent to their room because they kept getting in trouble....I heard laughing so I checked on them and
this is what I found.

Why I love swimming lessons...

#1 Reason- it wears them OUT!
yes that is drool on the pillow case-

A cute story to tell...

When we were at swimming lessons today there was a man walking his dog in the park on the other side of the pool fence. Spencer was wrapped in his towel sitting in the chair and pointed and said "puppy - puppy" then he pointed to the old man and said "Jesus!" and of course he kept repeating himself! It was an old man with gray hair and a beard... When I told him it was not Jesus he said "AAaahhhh-"

First day of swimming lessons!

They boys were so excited to start swimming lessons today. Max is in level 1 swim and Spencer is in the parent and infant class. Max did great. He loved the games the life guard taught them, and will be a pro in no time at all. Spencer was hilarious when it was time to float. His little chubby legs stuck straight in the air and he would not put them down. Even the Life guard teaching our class kept laughing. So far it looks like the boys will not inherit my lack of ability to swim! Although, the dogie paddle has never failed me :)

Simply Adorable...

Max and Spencer LOVE Devy and Nate! They were excited to see each other on our outing Saturday and they all held hands to walk into lunch. I am so glad I had my camera handy they are the cutest in the world!!
